Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Javaobjects.Net Guides Tips infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice. To be effective, your notice must include substantially the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3):

DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you have the right to submit a DMCA Counter-Notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity, we may restore the removed content. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Javaobjects.Net Guides Tips may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
